Refund policy

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be sent in the original packaging.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. We advise you to choose a tracking option or to subscribe to a delivery insurance. Indeed, if the package was lost, we could not proceed to the exchange or refund of your order.

There are some situations where only the refund is granted:

* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has some parts missing for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.
* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within 14 days.
